Managing End-of-Semester Stress

As the semester comes to a close and the holiday season begins, Vector LiveSafe is here to help your students, faculty, and staff stay healthy and safe. The end of the semester includes stressors like academic pressure, travel anxiety, dangerous weather, and holiday preparations. This can take a toll on mental and physical health, and can lead to unsafe coping mechanisms.

Use this month’s Vector LiveSafe toolkit to help your community manage end-of-semester stress and prepare for a safe and healthy holiday season.
